Several times I encounter unicode bug in Vimeo, when descriptions of the video spontaneously converted from good Russian text to gibberish like БизнеÑ-метрики». ЧаÑÑ‚ÑŒ 2.
Sometimes it happens on video settings editing, sometimes it happens with no interactions (I observed by chance, that my old videos mutilated). I stopped writing russian descriptions, only links to my wikipages. But Vimeo continue to mutilated titles of video.

I am really tired of this.
Could you:
- Fix the bug.
- Add bunch of acceptance test for it.
- Check this test suite before each release.
