Several times I encounter unicode bug in Vimeo, when descriptions of the video spontaneously converted from good Russian text to gibberish like Бизнес-метрики». Часть 2.

Sometimes it happens on video settings editing, sometimes it happens with no interactions (I observed by chance, that my old videos mutilated). I stopped writing russian descriptions, only links to my wikipages. But Vimeo continue to mutilated titles of video.

Voila fresh example (with my http://vimeo.com/6471581, http://vimeo.com/6499672):

• When I add video to some group (no other editing, only one checkbox mark)
• Video title and description is mutilated.

I am really tired of this.

Could you:

• Fix the bug.
• Add bunch of acceptance tests for the issue.
• Check this test suite before each release.
